You’ll learn how to nourish your body effectively with whole foods, blood sugar balance, and build a well-rounded plate. You will also get some recipes to try! Let’s find what makes you feel your best.

What we eat has a direct impact on our overall well-being. You will learn what to look for on labels, clean up your kitchen, identify clean brands, and ensure that the food you eat is supporting your health.

movement & cycle syncing
We will explore the importance of movement and discover activities that are enjoyable for you. Additionally, understand how your menstrual cycle affects your energy and mood throughout the month and how to align your activities with these changes for optimal well-being.
